Quality is at the heart of everything we do and is embedded in our internal policies and procedures for managing the business and in our toolkits and procedures for delivering work to clients.
Our policies and procedures set out the expectations of our staff in their day to day work and when dealing with clients.
Our employees are encouraged to continually grow, develop and improve, and we apply the same principle to our toolkits and procedures.
A focus on continuous improvement enables learnings from current experiences, and new skills and
knowledge to improve the teams’ capability but also improve our internal processes and procedures.
Driven and supported by our ISO 9001:2015 certification, this Quality Management System is supported by the Business Directors and all employees within Navigation Partners. The team have been trained on the content in relation to their responsibilities and tasks. All employees are required to implement the policies and procedures outlined within the system at all times when undertaking work on behalf of Navigation Partners.
